Cancellation Policy

The services provided by Ask For Tax Free SRL consist of facilitating the VAT refund process for goods purchased in Romania by individuals residing outside the European Union.

The client may request cancellation of the refund application before the processing of the request is finalized.

If the cancellation request is submitted after the processing has been initiated and administrative verifications have been carried out, Ask For Tax Free SRL reserves the right to retain any administrative costs related to the stages already completed, in accordance with the conditions previously communicated.

After the VAT refund process has been finalized and the reimbursement has been made, cancellation or refund requests are no longer possible.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the email address displayed on the website.
